Delivery & Order Policies

Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled prior to delivery window confirmation.
Once a delivery window has been confirmed, orders cannot be cancelled.

No-Show Policy
If a customer is unavailable at the confirmed delivery window, the delivery will be marked as a no-show.
Repeated no-shows may result in declined future orders.

Scheduling Notice
Delivery availability and scheduling may vary on weekends due to demand.
Orders are always reviewed and scheduled in the order received.
Orders are reviewed and scheduled between 11:00am–8:00pm. Delivery windows are typically 12:00–3:00 PM and 5:00–8:00 PM.
